Ir. Ts. Muhammad Khairul Ikhwan bin Khairudin
Managing Director
An accomplished Professional Engineer and Certified Technologist, Ir. Ts. Khairul Ikhwan brings a wealth of expertise in engineering design, power generation, and energy management. With a strong foundation in both technical and corporate leadership, he has been instrumental in driving large-scale projects across the power, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
As the Managing Director and a key member of Delima Energy’s Troika Leadership, he leads the company’s strategic vision, operational excellence, and business transformation initiatives — steering Delima Energy towards innovation, sustainability, and long-term value creation within the energy industry.
Ahmad Fadzil bin Mohd Rose
Executive Director
A Civil Engineer by profession, Ahmad Fadzil brings over 30 years of extensive experience in Malaysia’s construction and engineering industry. His specialization lies in infrastructure, port, and marine engineering works, where he has successfully overseen numerous critical and high-value developments.
As part of Delima Energy’s Troika Leadership, he provides strategic direction and technical oversight in project development and execution, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across all operational fronts.
Azmi bin Vincent
Executive Director
With over 35 years of international and domestic experience across the telecommunications, IT, and financial sectors, Azmi has played a key role in leading and delivering pioneering projects valued at more than USD 1.5 billion in Malaysia and abroad. His global exposure covers regions including the Indian Subcontinent, Africa, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, Asia Pacific, and the Americas.
As part of the company’s Troika Leadership, he oversees contract development, project delivery performance, and strategic corporate initiatives — contributing to Delima Energy’s continued growth and organizational excellence.
