Managing Director
An accomplished Professional Engineer and Certified Technologist, Ir. Ts. Khairul Ikhwan
brings a wealth of expertise in engineering design, power generation, and energy
management. With a strong foundation in both technical and corporate leadership, he has
been instrumental in driving large-scale projects across the power, oil & gas, and industrial
sectors.
As the Managing Director and a key member of Delima Energy’s Troika Leadership, he
leads the company’s strategic vision, operational excellence, and business transformation
initiatives — steering Delima Energy towards innovation, sustainability, and long-term value
creation within the energy industry.
Director
A Civil Engineer by profession, Ahmad Fadzil brings over 30 years of extensive experience
in Malaysia’s construction and engineering industry. His specialization lies in infrastructure,
port, and marine engineering works, where he has successfully overseen numerous critical
and high-value developments.
As part of Delima Energy’s Troika Leadership, he provides strategic direction and technical
oversight in project development and execution, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
across all operational fronts.
